As a Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints when they arise.
  • Excite and motivate colleagues by sharing knowledge of the brand, communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other information to drive sales through training.
  • Take responsibility for tasks beyond role expectations, identify opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and security protocols, actively preventing stock loss.
  • Adapt to daily challenges with flexibility, potentially working across different departments while maintaining service excellence and teamwork.
  • Build and develop your own client base by nurturing customer relationships through exceptional personal service.
