Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a commercially focused Senior Brand Manager to own Kelo-Cote across EMEA, leveraging consumer insights to drive growth and shape its future in skincare and VMS. This high-impact role combines brand strategy, P&L ownership and creative marketing.

You will influence positioning, pricing, digital activation, e-commerce and long-term plans, collaborating with Commercial, E-Commerce and external agencies to deliver sustainable net sales and margins across

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with evidence of delivering brand growth.
• Consumer Healthcare or FMCG experience, ideally skincare.
• Experience across bricks-and-mortar retail, e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Confidence working with P&Ls, pricing, budgets and commercial forecasts.
• A creative mindset combined with a genuinely data-driven approach.
• The energy and confidence to challenge thinking and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the brand strategy for Kelo-Cote across EMEA.
• Drive profitable growth across net sales, gross margin and contribution.
• Turn consumer, competitor and market insight into commercial opportunities.
• Lead brand positioning, proposition, visual identity and integrated campaigns.
• Own key elements of the P&L, pricing, forecasting and promotional investment.
• Maximise growth across digital, e-commerce, Amazon UK and D2C.
• Identify innovation and future growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Commercial, E-Commerce, Operations, Demand Planning and external agencies across EMEA.
