As our SBM, you will operate in a high-profile role, helping to create and deliver market-leading campaigns, initiatives, and products. We aim to build our brand in line with evolving consumer trends and represent it in cross-functional senior forums. You will have opportunities to learn, develop, and unlock your potential through various projects spanning disciplines such as ATL and BLT touchpoints, media, communications, innovation, packaging, digital, social, and partnerships.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

1. Lead the successful execution of LZ campaigns and engage the business.
2. Build and maintain the innovation pipeline.
3. Represent the brand as we work towards DRS.
4. Collaborate as part of the LZ leadership team to foster a High Performing Team environment.
5. Autonomously lead and develop projects within the annual commercial plan.
6. Work with and lead cross-functional teams to launch and manage brand projects.
7. Amplify our partners across key marketing touchpoints.
8. Drive the brand P&L to meet financial growth objectives.
