As Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through critical innovations and renovations on the Kleenex brand, supporting our vision to become a Lifestyle Ally. Your focus will include leading high-profile projects and managing associated communication platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develop the Kleenex ABP, focusing on portfolio innovation and renovation, especially on Kleenex Premium pillars (Balsam, Easy Breathe, and Allergy).
  2. Lead the Skin Health premium NPD launch in the UK – a strategically important innovation.
  3. Develop the Elevated Relief pillar and future renovations on Balsam and related premium variants.
  4. Act as GTM champion for your portfolio, overseeing end-to-end development, launch, and maintenance of NPD, with support from the project team.
  5. Lead content development (claims, communications, shopper marketing) working with Consumer Engagement and Retail Performance teams to ensure effective messaging and imagery.
  6. Champion sustainability initiatives within Kleenex, aligning with KC’s overall sustainability story and expertise on packaging materials.
  7. Support the broader Brand Leadership Team through involvement in the SBP annual cycle.
  8. Serve as the point person for Kleenex premium collaborations with EMEA, global, multifunctional, and customer teams.
  9. Engage and motivate internal commercial teams and external partners, including customers.
  10. Be a core member of the Kleenex Brand Squad.

  • Proven experience in FMCG, especially in marketing or sales.

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Accountability, trust-building, collaboration, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
