Position Overview: This role acts as the nominated deputy to BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA. Responsible for leading the BI install calendar and project-managing all BI operations and key initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups, and product launches.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
  • Assist BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA in managing BI operations for multiple deliverables across regions. Administer resources, deadlines, and goals, and check progress regularly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the BI RLS EMEA install calendar, partnering with BI Regional leads to ensure install dates are updated and aligned with the latest delivery changes.
  • Hold monthly finance meetings with Regional BI leads to review forecast updates, monitor creative budgets, and identify any budget needs or constraints.
  • Create weekly RLS newsletters and other informative documents to provide BI Regional Teams and main counterparts with visibility over BI’s key initiatives and projects across EMEA.
  • Stay updated on product delivery/install dates, regional budgets, new marketing events/initiatives, and key EMEA projects across creative channels.
  • Assist in compiling images and regional information for BI decks to share with the business.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of BI, EMEA and the BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead in conceptualizing key BI initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups, and product launches.
  • Develop creative briefs and manage project to-do lists. Partner with business counterparts, stores, and Regional BI teams to align on needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee procurement and assembly of creative and aesthetic elements for each project.
  • Research and identify vendors/resources for props, decorations, and set building.
  • Collaborate with BI Regional Leads to gather creative needs for NSO/refurbishments and update Store Development’s Budget Sheet accordingly.
  • During installations, coordinate schedules and vendors to ensure efficient use of time and minimal store disruption during trading hours.
  • Partner with BI Regional Leads to ensure interiors support project needs, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for interiors.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
  • Visual presentation and operational experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage and engage teams, with the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with supervisors, reports, and peers.
  • Proficiency in project and budget management.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
  • Flexibility to conduct installations outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion and strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand and aesthetic.
