Position Overview
This role acts as the nominated deputy to BICreative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA. Responsible for leading the BI install calendar and project managing all BI operations and key initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups, and product launches.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- Assist BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA in managing BI operations across multiple regions, ensuring resource allocation, deadlines, and goals are met.
- Manage the BI RLS EMEA install calendar, coordinating with regional leads to keep dates updated and aligned with delivery schedules.
- Conduct monthly finance meetings with Regional BI leads to review budgets, forecasts, and address any financial constraints.
- Create weekly newsletters and updates to inform regional teams about key initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed about product delivery dates, regional budgets, marketing events, and key projects across creative channels.
- Assist in compiling images and regional information for BI decks for internal sharing.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Collaborate with the Head of BI, EMEA, and the BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead on key initiatives like NSO, refurbishments, and product launches.
- Develop creative briefs and manage project to-do lists, coordinating with stakeholders to align needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee procurement and assembly of creative elements for projects.
- Identify and work with vendors for props, set building, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with regional leads to gather creative needs and update budgets accordingly.
- During installations, manage schedules and vendors to minimize store disruption.
- Ensure interiors are updated to support project needs, including repositioning mannequins and re-merchandising.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in visual presentation and operations within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project and budget management.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel and manage installations outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for and understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic.
