Job summary

YOURS is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for our London-based team. You will design across websites, marketing materials, emails, social posts, app design, packaging and store artwork, ensuring brand consistency.

You will collaborate with designers and other departments, manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and help deliver high-quality designs with fast turnaround. Proactive, fashion-focused, and capable of leading on projects.

Qualifications

• BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe CS - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ability to learn new CMS quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent core graphic design, typography, layout and digital standards.
• 3+ years' experience in design (fashion, lifestyle or cosmetics preferred).
• Good knowledge of customer user experience across Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Apps.
• Drive & implement new ideas within the team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Leadership skills.
• Energetic with enthusiasm to take sole responsibility on projects.
• Interest in Fashion.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills cross functionally.
• Strong work ethic and innovative approach.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and use own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
• Confident working on UK and international tasks with translators.
• Confident in teaching and coaching new team members.
• Understanding of Store & Packaging design and print readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design across brands including websites, marketing emails, social posts, app design, packaging and store artwork.
• Follow briefs from Graphic Design Manager and implement feedback.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritise workload on multiple tasks.
• Learn systems quickly; use CMS and design platforms for web, app, and marketing emails.
• Create high quality designs with minimal amends and fast turnaround.
• Produce creative designs for each brand, including GIFs/videos.
• Support other departments with design needs and review work for errors.
• Collaborate in meetings when Design Manager is unavailable.
• Understand broader design projects within the team and assist as needed.
• Support big projects like website mockups and billboards.
