Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a Senior Brand Designer who can lead bold brand identities for globally recognised names across entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle brands. You will craft visual identities and brand worlds with exceptional craft, guiding projects from concept to delivery while mentoring junior designers.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative and production, present confidently to clients and help raise the studio's creative standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires a track record of building distinctive brand identities with a top-tier portfolio.
• Exceptional craft, conceptual thinking and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience across FMCG, entertainment or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from strategy through delivery and mentor peers.

Zealous Agency is partnering with one of the UK's most exciting independent creative agencies to find an exceptional Senior Brand Designer.

This is a role for someone operating at the very top of their game, a designer with the craft, confidence, and creative instinct to build brands that command attention, shape culture and leave a lasting impression.

This top-class agency creates bold, playful, and commercially powerful work for globally recognised names across entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle brands. Identity, packaging, campaigns, and art direction are some of the things you'll be doing for ambitious challengers and the biggest brands in the world!

They're looking for someone who can lead ambitious projects from concept to execution, creating visual identities and brand worlds that feel fresh, strategic, and impossible to ignore.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative and production, mentor junior designers, present confidently to clients and help raise the creative standard across the studio.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' experience building distinctive identities
• Exceptional craft and conceptual thinking with a real obsession for detail
• Strong experience across FMCG, entertainment or lifestyle brands
• The confidence to lead a project from strategy through to delivery, and to bring other designers up with you
• A portfolio full of bold, culturally relevant design that will excite and inspire
