Job summary

Zealous Agency in Manchester is seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to lead bold identities for world-class brands. You’ll shape culture through craft, strategy-aligned design and fearless execution.

You will own projects from concept to delivery, mentor junior designers, and present to clients while elevating the studio’s creative standards across identity, packaging, campaigns and art direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience building distinctive identities.
• Exceptional craft and conceptual thinking with a real obsession for detail.
• Strong experience across FMCG, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
• The confidence to lead a project from strategy through to delivery and to mentor others.

Responsibilities

This is a role for someone operating at the very top of their game, a designer with the craft, confidence, and creative instinct to build brands that command attention, shape culture and leave a lasting impression.

This top-class agency creates bold, playful, and commercially powerful work for globally recognised names across entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle brands. Identity, packaging, campaigns, and art direction are some of the things you'll be doing for ambitious challengers and the biggest brands in the world!

They're looking for someone who can lead ambitious projects from concept to execution, creating visual identities and brand worlds that feel fresh, strategic, and impossible to ignore.

You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative and production, mentor junior designers, present confidently to clients and help raise the creative standard across the studio.

We’re looking for someone with:
