Job summary

Landor is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join our London studio, guiding high-profile brand accounts and delivering strategic consulting across the client portfolio.

You’ll lead client relationships, create compelling proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timelines. The role supports hybrid working four days in the office with flexibility during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a brand consultancy, advertising agency, or similar

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and understand each client’s business, challenges, and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop clear project proposals, scopes of work and presentations aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Landor teams to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget and on scope.
• Lead client status calls, manage reporting, and communicate findings clearly in writing and presentations.
• Ensure client-facing materials, proposals and presentations are accurate and reflect Landor’s brand.
• Coordinate with resource management and Directors to align with scope and budget.
• Address pricing, payment and scope-management challenges with Client Leaders.
• Work with Finance on reporting, invoicing and revenue.
• Maintain archives of key client deliverables and case studies.
