You will drive improvements in data quality, reporting and automation, develop management information and dashboards, and collaborate with internal and outsourced teams across the global portfolio.

Experience in Lloyd's operations and regulatory reporting is essential; strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegated Authority, Bordereaux management or Lloyd’s operations.
• Strong knowledge of bordereaux data for risk and claims.
• Regulatory reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel with data quality remediation capability.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in bordereaux data quality, governance and analytics, supporting Chaucer’s ambition to create a market-leading delegated authority data capability.
• Contribute to the transformation of bordereaux data management by identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance reporting and leverage technology to improve efficiency and insight.
• Develop and deliver management information, dashboards and analytical reporting that turn bordereaux data into meaningful business intelligence, supporting underwriting, operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support the oversight, governance and continuous improvement of bordereaux reporting and delegated authority data across Chaucer’s global portfolio.
• Review, validate and analyse premium, risk and claims bordereaux, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s, regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Monitor bordereaux data quality performance, investigate exceptions and recurring issues, and conduct root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvements in reporting accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance bordereaux data quality frameworks, governance controls and quality assurance processes, ensuring delegated authority data remains reliable and fit for purpose.
• Work closely with outsourced service providers to investigate, respond to and resolve bordereaux and data quality queries, ensuring delivery against agreed service standards.
• Support the implementation and oversight of delegated authority arrangements, ensuring bordereaux reporting requirements, controls and data standards are appropriately embedded.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner on bordereaux data management, reporting and quality-related matters.
