Job summary

Chaucer is seeking a Bordereaux Data Specialist to shape the future-state bordereaux operating model and drive analytics, governance and automation. The role spans quality improvements, reporting automation, and data-driven decision support across Chaucer's global portfolio.

You will liaise with stakeholders, guide data quality initiatives and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met while delivering insightful BI to underwriting and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegated Authority, Bordereaux Management, or Lloyd's operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Regulatory reporting knowledge and attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in bordereaux data quality, governance and analytics to support a leading delegated authority data capability.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance reporting and leverage technology for efficiency and insight.
• Develop and deliver MI, dashboards and reports turning bordereaux data into business intelligence for underwriting and strategy.
• Provide oversight of bordereaux reporting and data across Chaucer's global portfolio.
• Review and analyze premium, risk and claims bordereaux ensuring Lloyd's and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor data quality, investigate exceptions and perform root cause analysis to improve reporting accuracy.
• Maintain data quality frameworks and governance controls ensuring reliable delegated authority data.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers to resolve data quality queries within service standards.
