Job summary

Westfield Insurance in London seeks a Bordereaux Technician/Analyst to manage bordereaux, validate data, and collaborate with underwriting, finance and external partners. The role requires familiarity with Lloyd's regulations and various bordereaux formats, ensuring data quality and timely ingestion into internal systems.

You will work with Coverholders, brokers and TPAs, supporting error investigations and reporting requirements to improve data accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in delegated authority, bordereaux management, insurance data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lloyd's and/or company market bordereaux practices including Atlas, DCOM, IMR & Crystal.
• Educated to at least A-level standard.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance with Lloyd's reporting standards.
• Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.
• Create reports and trend analyses as required.
