Xeinadin is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, produce management reports, and support clients with accurate financial information from our Clevedon office. You will contribute to delivering outstanding service and helping clients thrive.

The role requires 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, AAT or ACCA part qualification, and proficiency in Xero, Dext, and Excel. This is a permanent, office-based position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• AAT qualified or ACCA part qualified
• Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in an accountancy practice
• Experience with Xero, Dext and Excel for reporting

Responsabilidades

• Accurately complete day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with deadlines.
• Handle purchase and sales ledger tasks, including raising and entering invoices in accounting software.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with clients in a professional and supportive manner.
• Produce management reports to help clients understand their financial position.
• Use Xero, Dext and Excel to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Adhere to accounting standards.
• Meet deadlines and time budgets.
• Develop and maintain good client relations.
