Job summary

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with an established consumer goods business to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join its finance team in Harrow. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day bookkeeping across accounts payable and accounts receivable, requiring strong organisation and attention to detail.

You will manage Sage for AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, handle supplier and customer accounts, and assist with month-end processes in a permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or finance role.
• Hands-on experience using Sage.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage, including AP, AR, invoice processing and payment allocation.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage supplier and customer accounts, including queries, outstanding invoices and payment runs.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Support month-end processes and general finance administration.
• Provide wider support to the finance function as required.
