Responsibilities

• Tenue des livres pour vos propres clients (sole traders et Ltd companies).
• Gestion des journaux d'achats et de ventes, déclarations VAT et frais fixes.
• Gestion de votre propre agenda quotidien.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join an Accountancy practice established in Bolton, currently going through a phase of transition and growth.

Duties will include;

• Bookkeeping duties for your own set of clients – from sole traders to Ltd companies.
• Purchase and Sales Ledger, reconciliations, VAT returns, posting journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals and fixed assets
• Managing your own diary on a daily basis
• Experience of Xero essential. Sage an advantage
• Previous bookkeeping experience gained within practice is essential for this role

To be successful, you will have carried out a similar role, have the relevant software knowledge and be a confident and outgoing people person. In the future, client site visits may be required, so full driving license is beneficial.
