Job summary

Logic 360 Ltd is recruiting for a Bodyshop Supervisor to lead a team of operatives, ensuring repairs are completed safely and to high quality standards. You will manage workflow, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the bodyshop.

As a successful candidate you will bring supervisory experience, strong knowledge of bodyshop operations, and a proactive, customer-focused approach, with a flexible shift pattern including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience within a Bodyshop or automotive workshop.
• Strong understanding of Bodyshop operations and repair processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience managing productivity, workflow and operational KPIs.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and with customers.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Conducting performance reviews, coaching team members and supporting colleague development.
• Working closely with internal departments and customers to ensure effective communication throughout the repair process.
• Maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Supporting operational requirements through a flexible shift pattern, including Saturday working on a rota basis.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week on a flexible 5 days-out-of-7 shift pattern. Supporting site operations between 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 6:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.

Salary:

Starting from £40,000, increasing to £45,000 after successful completion of 6 months
