Job summary

BCA is seeking a Senior Bodyshop Supervisor in Riseley, United Kingdom, to lead multi-discipline bodyshop operations and drive efficiency. Salary starts at £40,000 with a potential £5,000 uplift after six months, and a 40-hour week with a flexible 5-out-of-7 shift pattern including Saturdays.

The role emphasises KPI-driven performance, quality control, regulatory compliance and strong team leadership across Bodyshop, Quickfix, Wheels, CMR and Progress processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience — minimum 1 year in a similar supervisory role, with proven ability to lead in a target-driven environment.
• Bodyshop background — 3–5 years’ experience in a Bodyshop setting, with strong technical understanding.
• Communication skills — confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• Time management & organisation — able to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and maintain workflow accuracy.
• Attention to detail — high level of accuracy across all operational and reporting tasks.
• IT capability — competent with Microsoft Office and able to compile management reports.
• Customer focus — committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Self-motivation — proactive, independent and able to drive performance without close supervision.
• Full UK Driving Licence required

• Drive team performance — build a strong team culture focused on hitting KPIs and quality standards.
• Maintain quality & customer satisfaction — oversee all quality matters and handle customer queries professionally.
• Ensure process efficiency — deliver industry-leading standards, minimise downtime and control costs.
• Uphold Health & Safety — ensure full compliance with HSE across all activities.
• Manage people & performance — deliver training, manage HR issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively — maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Provide flexible operational support — work rotating shifts (including Saturday mornings) and support overtime when required.

Job Title: Senior Bodyshop Supervisor

Salary: Starting on £40k, u p to £45k per annum after 6 months

Working Hours: 40hrs a week, however this role follows a flexible 5‑out‑of‑7 shift pattern, supporting site operations from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 5pm on Saturdays

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Bodyshop Supervisor will be responsible for delivering efficient, cost‑effective and high‑quality Bodyshop operations across multiple disciplines. Working with a high level of accuracy, you will minimise vehicle downtime, manage high‑volume throughput, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will act as the first point of contact for Bodyshop colleagues, identifying staffing requirements, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong organisational capability, effective workflow planning across Bodyshop, Quickfix, Wheels, CMR and Progress chasing vehicles through to completion, whilst having a proactive approach to operational excellence.
