Job summary

Logic360 in Thurleigh seeks a Senior Bodyshop Supervisor to lead a team in delivering high-quality repairs safely and efficiently. You will manage workflow, monitor KPIs and drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with internal departments and customers.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week on a flexible 5 days-out-of-7 shift, including Saturdays on a rota. Starting salary £40,000, rising to £45,000 after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a Bodyshop or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Bodyshop operations and repair processes.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a performance-driven setting.
• Experience managing productivity, workflow and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Bodyshop operatives to deliver high-quality repairs safely and efficiently.
• Manage workflow, workshop loading and vehicle throughput to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor productivity, quality and WIP, identifying efficiency improvements.
• Drive a high-performance culture with teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure repairs meet company and customer quality standards.
• Manage staffing, training needs and day-to-day people matters.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach team members and support development.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to maintain effective communication.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulations.
• Support operations through a flexible shift pattern, including Saturday on rota.

Employment Type: Permanent

Supporting site operations between 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 6:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.

• Managing staffing levels, training requirements and day-to-day people matters.
• Conducting performance reviews, coaching team members and supporting colleague development.
• Working closely with internal departments and customers to ensure effective communication throughout the repair process.
• Maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Supporting operational requirements through a flexible shift pattern, including Saturday working on a rota basis.

Skills Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a Bodyshop, accident repair, automotive workshop or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Bodyshop operations and repair processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience managing productivity, workflow and operational KPIs.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and with customers.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
