Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled BMS Project Manager for a modern multimillion-pound business in London. You’ll deliver major BMS and controls projects, typically £2M–£4M, across full lifecycle, with a focus on deadlines, budgets and quality.

The role is based in Canary Wharf with travel to site. Offering up to £85K salary, £5K car allowance, and employee profit share bonuses in a fast-growing £85m turnover environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing construction or building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Metasys, or similar systems.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued £2M to £4M.
• Previous exposure to data centres or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from pre-construction handover through to completion and aftercare support.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Lead client and project meetings, providing clear progress updates and commercial reporting.
• Oversee project health & safety compliance and environmental standards.
• Manage technical submissions, RFIs, commissioning activities, and project close-out processes.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
