Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead building management system (BMS) projects for retailers, typically above $250K, and to coordinate the project team including technicians and subcontractors.

You will handle scheduling, cost & billing forecasting, risk identification and project handover processes. Most projects are fast-track and managed remotely for European account customers; travel of 5%–10% is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in project management in building automation (BMS) or retail construction.
• Engineering or management degree.
• Thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• English language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of projects within scope with zero or positive deviation.
• Monitor project progress to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Track monthly financial performance and compare estimates vs. actuals across the project deck.
• Maintain subcontracting meetings and liaison with customer, designer and subcontractors.
• Develop partnerships with subcontractors to ensure adequate resource pools.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
