Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer for London and surrounding areas. You will install, support quoted works, provide PPM, reactive calls, and out-of-hours support on BMS at customer sites. The role is field-based with travel across London and beyond as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems and controls.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ideally Niagara.
• Experience with BACnet, M-Bus, Modbus.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reactive works quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports.

Job Description

As a Senior BMS Engineer at Honeywell, in London and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, quoted works, project support, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), re-active calls, out of hours support to customers on their BMS. This is a field based role with travel expected to customer sites in and around the London area and further afield as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
• Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
• Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with strong knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems ideally systems built on the Tridium Niagara framework
• Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus
• A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
• Ability to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively on complex and advanced systems
• Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships.
