Job summary

Benjamin & Associates Ltd is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to cover London and neighbouring areas, undertaking BMS service, fault finding and commissioning on multiple systems with travel across sites.

You will work with Trend, Delta, Tridium and Siemens platforms, with day-one training and opportunities to lead site surveys and manage small BMS projects such as upgrades and new installs.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamental understanding of BMS controls & HVAC in commercial buildings.
• Electrical competencies with 18th edition or equivalent.
• Ability to carry out BMS service works and light commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites in central London and surrounding areas.
• Perform BMS service and fault-finding tasks.
• Lead/oversee BMS small works projects (upgrades, new installs).
• Conduct site surveys and report findings.

BMS Engineer - London & neighbouring areas

I'm supporting a family run BMS company with their search for a BMS Engineer, they are keen to speak to candidates with a strong fundamental skill set in BMS Engineering which would include BMS service, BMS fault finding & BMS small work commissioning.

The directors are warm, friendly & keen on supporting their new addtion. The BMS Engineer will;

• Work independantly & occasionally within a team covering sites in central London & surrounding areas (flexibility for some travelling to different areas would be required)
• As the Senior BMS Engineer you can expect to work on multi systems including Trend, Tridium, Siemens & Delta products.
• Training and remote support will be provided on unfamiliar BMS products from day 1
• Addtional duties provided you have the skill set & interest would include site surveys and then completing & overseeing BMS small work projects (upgrades, new installs etc).

To be considered for this opportunity the Senior BMS Engineer must have;

• Electrical competencies holding an 18th edition or completed electrical apprenticeship
• A strong fundamental understanding of BMS controls & HVAC within commercial buildings
• The ability to carry out BMS service works as a minimim, BMS small work project commissioning and associated responsibilites would be advantageous
• Hands on experience with at least one system including Trend, Delta, Tridium or Siemens BMS
• A full UK driving license

The package for the Senior BMS Engineer will be;

• £55,000 - 60,000 per annum
