Benjamin & Associates Ltd is seeking a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas. You will work independently on Tridium (N4) projects, service visits, fault finding and BMS graphics modifications.

You should be comfortable running small to medium BMS projects, surveying and quoting new work, and coordinating with clients to deliver reliable, high-quality BMS solutions across multiple sites.

BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer - Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire, London & Surrounding areas

I'm supporting a BMS business who have a wealth of experience & capabilities within the BMS industry. They specialise in the delivery of Tridium BMS projects and service delivery. They require a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer for their South of England operation and are keen to speak to candidates who are proficient in a mixture of duties including small-medium sized Tridium BMS projects, PPM & reactive works.

As well as Tridium products, my client also has Trend sites so having a skill set with this product would be desirable but not essential (IQ vision, IQ4 for example). The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer can expect to cover up to around 1 and a half hours each way some days and the majority of work would be in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & London areas.

My client seeks a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer who is comfortable working independently, has a skill set with Tridium (N4), is capable or interested in running their own small - medium sized BMS projects, a good track record of keeping clients happy & finding solutions, abilities to survey & quote new work, BMS software & graphics modifications, BMS commissioning & finally being fluid with BMS service visits & fault finding.

The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer will be paid between £45,000 - £52,500 per annum plus package which is inclusive of pension & car options or allowance & more.
