Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Blockchain Consultant to guide clients in applying blockchain strategies and leading complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery, with a focus on tokenomics, smart contracts, and platform evaluation.

You will work in a client-facing advisory role, manage multiple engagements, and provide thought leadership on evolving blockchain technologies within a hybrid work setup in Randburg, ZA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience with blockchain/cryptocurrency focus.
• Proven track record of advising and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger) and their applications.
• Expertise in tokenomics, smart contract design, and decentralized application development.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements.
• Experience in project leadership and team management.

Responsibilities
