Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect & Strategist for a fully remote role, shaping blockchain strategies for enterprise clients. You will design robust architectures, guide DLT adoption, and identify high-impact use cases, while leading teams and mentoring engineers.

The role demands 10+ years in IT architecture with at least 5 years in blockchain, deep platform knowledge, and strong client-facing skills in a remote, collaborative setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT architecture and strategy experience, with at least 5 years in blockchain.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain platforms (Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda, Quorum) and DLT concepts.
• Strong cryptography, distributed systems, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Develop blockchain strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend platforms, consensus mechanisms, and technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to identify blockchain use cases and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on best practices, security, governance, and scalability.
• Develop PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and business value.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers; stay updated on trends and regulations.
• Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
