Qualifications

Experience across multiple drug discovery programs with a proven cell depletion modality.
Strong capability to function as principal investigator and to develop strategies.

Responsibilities

Act as molecule lead on pipeline programmes and provide cross-functional leadership.
Develop and deliver drug discovery strategy aligned with AbbVie's immunology strategy.
Serve as a lab-focused scientist at the Oxford site and as a scientific expert.
Collaborate across immunology discovery research, development sciences, clinical development, and precision medicine.
Ensure high-quality project planning with robust experimental design and risk assessment.
Identify trends and translate insights into functional objectives.
Apply innovative approaches and mentor colleagues to build drug discovery capability.
Mentor junior colleagues and support their scientific development.
Present concepts and results to scientific and senior stakeholders.
