Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in London seeks a Senior Research Investigator specialising in biologics pharmacology to drive the translational biology strategy for our large‑molecule programs, leveraging our cutting‑edge AI drug design platform.

You will design and oversee in vivo and in vitro pharmacology studies, coordinate CROs, identify new targets, and guide milestones from early discovery to candidate selection, working closely with ML and biology teams to feed pharmacology data back into design loops.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related field.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of disease models in biologics drug development.
• Experience designing studies for project progression in biologics.
• Experience in immunology, inflammation or oncology.
• Proficiency with modalities such as multi-specifics or ADCs.
• External collaborations with CROs and academic groups.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee comprehensive pharmacology plans for large molecule therapeutics.
• Lead in vivo efficacy and in vitro functional assays to generate high‑quality data.
• Coordinate internal workflows and CROs to progress candidates toward go/no‑go decisions.
• Collaborate with computational biology and design teams to identify new biologics projects.
• Partner with ML, Biology, and CompBio teams to feed pharmacology data back into design loops.
