Timely Recruit Ltd is seeking a Biodiversity Technical Director for a London-hybrid role supporting a specialist ESG advisory client. You will own the technical quality of biodiversity work, lead from the front with lenders, developers and DFIs, and shape the strategic direction of the practice.

This senior leadership appointment carries client relationships, commercial accountability and a clear path to equity, with international travel and a strong emphasis on high-quality impact assessment

Qualifications

• Experience applying biodiversity standards to lender assessments.
• Hands-on habitat assessment and mitigation planning.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on international projects.
• Track record of winning proposals and business development.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior biodiversity authority, setting quality standards.
• Lead complex biodiversity assignments and due diligence.
• Be main contact for lenders, developers and DFIs.
• Lead and win proposals and client pitches.
• Build and develop the biodiversity team.
• Own project budgets, risks, and commercial performance.
• Travel internationally for site visits.
