Job summary

Arup's multidisciplinary Energy, Water and Resources team in Cardiff delivers BIM and CAD services for major UK water infrastructure programmes. You will work across projects with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Morgan Sindall, coordinating 3D models and digital outputs to exacting UK standards.

You will produce and coordinate BIM/CAD outputs in Civil 3D and Revit, review survey data, perform quality checks and mentor junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement in digital delivery

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Civil 3D; AutoCAD and Revit for infrastructure delivery.
• Experience using ACC and ProjectWise for design collaboration and document control.
• Background in water or infrastructure projects with understanding of UK standards.
• Good BIM workflows knowledge and QA practices, including client drawing standards.
• Strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate high-quality BIM and CAD outputs using Civil 3D and Revit.
• Develop 3D models, surfaces, alignments and infrastructure components.
• Review survey data for design suitability and perform quality checks on models/drawings.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice sharing.
• Support continuous improvement of the team's digital delivery processes.
