This Building Services specific consultancy has been operating across the country for the last 6 years and now has a team of 50 across 4 offices. Due to increased workload and ambitious plans, they are looking to add a Senior BIM Technician to their friendly and successful team—someone ready to hit the ground running and interested in moving into BIM Management soon.

Their expertise covers mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM, and public health design, with a strong reputation in a short period. They aim to expand further across the north and the UK, working in sectors like education, hospitals, residential, and retail. The Leeds office handles most detailed design work and collaborates with other offices nationwide.

The BIM team currently has 5 members, with 20 people in the Leeds office, which is growing due to recent successful projects. They value innovative design, diverse project sectors, and personal development. They provide latest technologies and supportive work environment.

What they require from the successful Senior BIM Technician

• Proven experience as a BIM Technician in Building Services, consultancy, or contracting.
• Good knowledge and experience with Revit.
