Position: Technical Support Engineer (Zend Framework / PHP-based application)

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA. We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, particularly Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Help customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
• Technical requirements: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on experience with PHP, Linux and Windows server experience, basic networking and shell scripting
