Job summary

TP BENNETT’s London team seeks an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join the BIM Management Team and drive BIM processes, standards and technology across projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and firm protocols.

You will prepare BIM Execution Plans, co-lead BIM kick-off workshops, mentor Junior Coordinators and support bid submissions, training colleagues and advancing the firm’s BIM strategy with innovative workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural or interior design environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM strategies.
• Experience delivering BIM execution plans and project handover.
• Mentoring junior staff and leading training sessions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM processes, standards and technology delivery across projects.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans aligned with client requirements.
• Co-lead BIM kick-off workshops and support bid submissions.
• Mentor and support Junior BIM Coordinators and studio groups.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• Set up and maintain Common Data Environments in line with ISO 19650.
• Coordinate model exchanges with clients and subconsultants.
