Job summary

TP Bennett is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Design Technology - BIM Management team in Slough. You will support the business in BIM standards, processes, and technology adoption across architectural/interior projects.

You will manage a team of BIM Coordinators, drive automation initiatives, and host workshops to advance digital design and data interoperability in line with ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural/interior environments.
• Exceptional knowledge of Revit and Forma.
• Strong interest in digital design and deliverable methodologies.
• Good understanding of UK building construction fundamentals.
• Organised, hardworking, self-disciplined, with initiative.
• Experience with BIM-enabled technologies and leadership of coordination tasks.
• Knowledge of COBie exchanges, clash detection, and related tools.
• Experience building dashboards from model/CDE data.
• Experience with Forma Site Design, sustainability workflows (IES VE, One Click LCA).
• Familiarity with Revit automation tools (Dynamo, pyRevit) and APS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Studio on projects.
• Develop and deliver BIM education strategy and guidance notes.
• Host workshops and maintain BIM system setup, processes, and templates.
• Test and implement new BIM-enabled products and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Head of BIM and Director of Technology on strategic goals.
• Produce technical documentation, workflows, and BIM content for intranet/newsletters.
