Job summary

Nicholas Associates in Sheffield is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead MEP BIM delivery and drive standards across projects. You will coordinate Revit-based work, ensure BIM quality, and collaborate with design engineers and project teams to resolve clashes and maintain consistency.

The role offers an opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, advance BIM best practices, and contribute to a growing, inclusive building services consultancy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Revit within an MEP environment.
• Previous BIM Coordination experience.
• Good understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ambition to progress and take on additional responsibility.

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000

We're working with a well-established MEP building services consultancy looking to add a Senior BIM Coordinator to their growing team.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a more senior position with greater responsibility.

The Role:

• Coordinate MEP BIM projects across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health disciplines
• Manage and maintain project BIM standards and procedures
• Produce and review high-quality Revit models
