This role offers high visibility and substantial interaction with senior stakeholders, combining hands-on operations with strategic client service. Responsibilities include drafting bills, resolving queries, monitoring WIP and AR, and generating client reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal billing and revenue processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client service skills.
• Proficient with legal finance systems such as Aderant.

Responsibilities

• Partner support across billing, collections and client operations.
• Prepare, review and amend bills in line with client requirements.
• Respond to billing and time-entry queries with Partners and fee earners.
• Support collections, follow up on invoices and AR monitoring.
• Maintain WIP and AR reports and assist with client reviews.
