Job summary

Carta, a leading private capital platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant in Greater London. You will own end-to-end billing accuracy, validate data through Carta's AI-powered workflow, and generate invoices in NetSuite with precision.

You’ll identify data gaps, drive collections using YayPay, and support a clean month-end close with accurate revenue postings. Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams will be essential to scale Carta's growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant billing experience in professional services or private equity.
• Experience with multi-source datasets and high-volume billing.
• Detail-oriented with strong self-review discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI-enabled finance tools; Claude experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing accuracy and invoice generation in NetSuite.
• Close the data gap by identifying missing or inconsistent data and coordinating resolution.
• Manage collections and aging receivables using YayPay.
• Serve as billing point of contact for clients with clear, professional responses.
• Support a clean month-end close with accurate revenue postings.
