Job summary

Made Tech is seeking a senior Bid Director to lead the end-to-end bid process for public sector opportunities. You will head a bid leadership team, shape winning responses, and ensure bids reflect our ethos, strengths and customer insight.

You will collaborate with Client Partners and Made Tech leadership, owning timelines and output quality while driving commercial literacy across the team. This role combines leadership with hands-on writing and strategic bid shaping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in UK public sector technology bids
• Strong understanding of agile, digital transformation and user-centred design
• Proven track record of winning government contracts
• Ability to lead and mentor a bid team

Responsibilities
