Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes from opportunity through submission at our Newton-le-Willows office. You will own deadlines, ensure compliance and craft winning bids to help secure major client contracts.

Collaborate with senior leaders, operations and SMEs to develop compelling solutions, manage bid teams and maintain a high-quality bid library for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or similar role.
• Proven evidence of producing successful tender submissions and contract wins.
• Experience within a service-led business environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple live tenders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TE20 tender process, ensuring submissions are delivered on time and compliant.
• Lead bid planning, coordination and deadline management activities.
• Write, edit and improve high-quality tender responses.
• Coordinate bid teams and facilitate tender kick-off sessions.
• Work with senior leadership and subject matter experts to develop compelling solutions.
• Challenging and strengthening content to maximise scoring potential.
• Produce presentations, clarification responses and post-tender documentation.
• Maintain a high-quality bid library with case studies and approved content.
