Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process for our fast-growing B2B team in the UK, with hybrid working from Orpington.

You will coordinate inputs from Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations, drive pricing discussions with Finance, and ensure compelling, compliant responses that win more business.

APMP qualifications are a bonus; we value clarity, speed and a strong winning mindset across cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Proven Bid Manager with a track record of winning tenders (public and private).
• Solid understanding of PQQs, ITTs, frameworks and DPS.
• Familiar with public procurement rules including Procurement Act 2023.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Commercial mindset and ability to challenge bid value where appropriate.
• Collaborative by nature, able to drive cross-functional inputs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end bid process from horizon scanning to submission and feedback.
• Monitor procurement portals and framework call-offs to capture opportunities.
• Lead bid/no-bid decisions with the Head of B2B to optimize margins.
• Plan bids as projects: timelines, owners, reviews and sign-offs.
• Write and edit high-quality responses on quality, delivery, social value and compliance.
• Gather input from Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations into one Tapi voice.
• Support pricing schedules and commercial submissions with Finance.
• Develop and maintain a reusable bid library of case studies and policies.
