Job Purpose

We are recruiting a Divisional Bid Manager based in London to work with the Business Development team. The role involves managing the project of PQQ and tender processes, producing high-standard, innovative documents on time, and supporting new business development.

Responsibilities
  • Handle pre-qualification processes professionally, update relevant teams, and manage document distribution.
  • Assess and strategize responses to business opportunities.
  • Manage tender projects from start to submission.
  • Coordinate contributions from team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Create and deliver compelling tender documents and presentations.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the bid process.
  • Represent CBRE at industry events to enhance company profile.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional content.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update sales reports and knowledge bases.
  • Support marketing and training initiatives for team development.
