Senior Bid Manager – London

Are you an experienced Senior Bid Manager? Have you managed a small team? If so, we want to hear from you! Project Centre is hiring for a Senior Bid Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based in London, attending our office 3 days a week with occasional travel to our North offices.

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will help deliver the pipeline of bid opportunities and be responsible for leading and line managing the Bids team. You will be required to deliver high-quality bid responses across the entire bid lifecycle, from Bid/No Bid decisions, project managing the full process, and capturing learnings.

What you will be doing:
  1. Working closely with technical leads and the Senior Leadership team to ensure bids are tailored to client needs.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
  3. Reviewing systems and processes to continually drive efficiencies and improve bid response quality.
  4. Obtaining feedback on proposals to ensure continuous improvement, reviewed with senior management.
  5. Reviewing and editing bid content for accuracy and excellence.
  6. Conducting market research to gather insights and stay ahead of competitors.
  7. Reviewing and improving collateral responses.
  8. Managing folder and structure of all opportunities.
  9. Ensuring opportunity pipeline is effectively managed on CRM (Dynamics 365).
What you will get in return:
