• 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, preferably in Clinical Trials.
• Deep understanding of client requirements in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of lab data structures and clinical research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and objectives of business systems through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyse user needs to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Oversee business systems projects from inception to support.
• Design PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Extract and interpret complex lab data using SQL.
