Job summary

Acora Limited is seeking a Lead BI Engineer to drive cross-project BI platform architecture, governance, and engineering oversight. The role ensures scalable, secure, cost-efficient and reliable BI solutions across multiple teams and engagements.

You will shape delivery with BI developers, analysts and data engineers, mentor engineers, and establish reusable patterns for successful BI platforms in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale BI platforms.
• Strong governance and security controls experience.
• IaC and CI/CD practices for BI environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex BI platform architecture and capacity strategy.
• Own cross-project platform governance and deployment standards.
• Influence decisions across BI, data engineering and architecture teams.
• Provide senior platform oversight and escalate complex issues.
• Define reusable platform engineering patterns (IaC, pipelines, monitoring).
• Identify cross-workstream risks and cost inefficiencies.
• Shape delivery with BI developers, analysts and engineers.
• Mentor BI engineers to raise platform quality.
