LexisNexis Risk Solutions is expanding its UK Personal Lines Insurance Claims footprint and seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth, shape consultative sales, and drive revenue. The role combines deep claims expertise with commercial leadership to influence strategy and delivery across insurers and internal teams.
You will own opportunities, guide cross-functional teams, travel up to 50% and contribute to the evolution of our Claims proposition in a highly autonomous,
Competenze
- Extensive experience in Personal Lines Insurance Claims, ideally Motor and Home.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a growing sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a revenue-driven mindset.
Mansioni
- Meet or exceed revenue targets across the UK Personal Lines Claims market.
- Act as Claims SME to support commercial conversations and client interactions.
- Lead strategic sales plans and territory development with market insight.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful commercial outcomes.
- Provide leadership to the Claims sales team and represent the business at events.
