Virgin Media O2 seeks a senior leader to own the end-to-end development and delivery of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework across the organisation, ensuring resilience, regulatory alignment and customer trust.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, security teams and champions to embed resilience into strategic initiatives, lead testing, training and continuous improvement while sustaining ISO22301 across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing, maintaining and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans at enterprise level.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Able to adhere to regular work schedules and support incident response outside normal hours.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset and influencing skills.

• Align strategy, policies and operations to best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Drive testing, training, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
