Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Continuity & Information Security Manager for a London-based, hybrid role. You will own and mature the BC/DR programme, align information security governance, and drive resilience across regulated financial services environments.

You'll collaborate with senior technology, risk, and business stakeholders to shape incident readiness, risk treatment, and regulatory compliance while embedding a strong security culture throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Information Security Governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2 or CIS Controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature BC/DR programme including planning, testing and improvement.
• Conduct BIAs, risk assessments and resilience exercises.
• Own and enhance information security policies and governance.
• Manage security, operational and third-party risk activities.
• Support compliance with industry standards and promote security culture.
