• Lead battery manufacturing operations across key production areas (frame welding, energy management module assembly, battery stack assembly, battery pack assembly).
• Develop and coach large production teams; foster growth and high performance.
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, supply chain and quality to implement new equipment and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and production performance; implement actions for sustainable improvements.
