Legends Global is seeking a Senior Bars Manager to lead the drinks operation across 50+ bars and hospitality suites at York Racecourse. You will drive sales, oversee stock, logistics and staffing for race days and major conferences, ensuring premium beverage experiences.

We value strong leadership, advanced EPOS knowledge, and hands-on management to deliver flawless service at scale in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in high-volume, multi-bar operations and bar and cellar management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a hands-on, service-focused approach.
• Highly organised and able to manage logistics, teams, and tight deadlines in a large venue.

Aufgaben

• Lead the drinks operation across 50+ bars and hospitality areas on race and non-race days.
• Manage beverage stock, ordering, suppliers and cellar operations.
• Plan and coordinate bar set-up, deliveries, logistics and event requirements.
• Lead, schedule and develop the Drinks & Logistics team.
• Oversee beverage service across retail, hospitality, conferences and banqueting events.
• Drive beverage sales, GP and development of the retail offer.
• Work with F&B, Commercial and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor performance, invoicing and P&L targets to support improvements.
