About the role

As a Senior Bartender, your role is to support Duty Managers in delivering operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of bar staff, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety standards. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, oversee wet sales to support floor hosts in achieving sales targets to improve revenue, and hold regular training sessions with bar staff to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge, customer service skills, safety awareness, and venue information.

• Experience working in a busy bar environment.
• Knowledge and experience of upselling and team motivation techniques.
• Extensive product knowledge of beers, spirits, and cocktail menu development.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Experience in high-volume brand-equivalent venues.
• Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
• Personal License.

Full training on brand values, products, and service standards will be provided to successful candidates.
